We have vast experience in new build projects, including extensions, conversions and loft conversions. We provide a complete service, from initial ideas, through planning, planning permission, building, to electrical installation and plumbing.

Planning consent must be obtained from local authorities before many projects can begin. We are experienced in successfully presenting project plans, party wall agreements and risk assessments to building control departments.

ESTIMATES

Our estimates are usually free of charge, however we may require a small fee for estimates intended for insurance purposes. This is deducted from the final invoice if we are appointed to carry out the work.

We are committed to health and safety in all areas of the workplace. Every effort is made to protect clients and the public from injury or accident. Gas, electric and fire certificates are supplied on completion of works where applicable.
